We want you to be completely satisfied with ContractMaker.ai. If you're not happy with the Service for any reason, we offer a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase — no questions asked.

Eligibility

  • New subscriptions: You may request a full refund within 30 days of your first payment
  • Annual plan renewals: You may request a full refund within 30 days of each renewal charge
  • Monthly plan renewals: You may request a refund for the current billing period within 7 days of the renewal charge
  • Plan upgrades: You may request a refund of the prorated upgrade charge within 30 days of the upgrade

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you can:

  • Email us at [email protected] with your account email and the reason for your request
  • Use the "Cancel Subscription" option in your account settings and select "Request Refund"

Refunds are processed through Clink, our payment processor. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • You retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period
  • Your account will not be charged for the next billing cycle
  • You may export your contracts and data before your access ends
  • After the billing period expires, your account reverts to a limited free tier (if available) or is deactivated

Exceptions

Refunds may not be available in the following cases:

  • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., fraud, abuse)
  • Requests made after the applicable refund window has expired
  • Chargebacks filed without first contacting us for a refund

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy. Any changes will be communicated via email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction.
